Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours to remain scheduled. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Show: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: Clients have a 15 minute grace period but your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. Clients more than 15 minutes late will not be serviced.
